Here’s a little update on that challenge I was thinking about putting myself through – 30 days of at least 10 minutes of aerial yoga before I can have my first coffee. What can I say – I think the coffee twist did the trick. Today is day five, and so far, it’s going great.
I guess you can’t expect too much of an effect after just a couple of days, but what I can say is that my thoracic spine seems quite happy to get massaged by the hammock every morning.
The plan now looks something like this: In these first 30 days, I will try and create a lasting habit of a morning aerial yoga routine. Just do SOMETHING every morning. After that, I’m going to experiment with short routines and exercises that specifically target certain depression related areas/issues. Maybe I’ll start by working on a sequence that increases my energy levels?
